This hidden gem is a breathtaking tropical paradise! North Captiva is accessible only by ferry, boat, jet ski, or small plane and does not allow gas powered vehicles on island. The slow pace of the island life is reminiscent of simpler and quieter times. Magical is the only word to describe being greeted by dolphins & manatees in their natural habitat. Boasting pristine, white sand beaches and crystal clear water, North Captiva is one of the best places for shelling in the United States. Just renovated! Modern beach chic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. Master bedroom has a brand new cozy king bed and has floor to ceiling windows for optimal island viewing. Equipped with dressers and a closet for storage. Attached master bath has a beautiful tile shower and double vanity. The quaint kitchen has everything you need from sun up to sun down, dining in or grilling out. Bar stools and dining table provide comfortable seating for your whole group to sit down together. Screened in porch with patio chairs and table overlook the water, mangroves and fragrant plumeria trees. Brand new furnishings in the living room provide next level comfort for catching your favorite show on the 75" tv or gathering for a card or board game. The second bedroom which overlooks the water, also has a comfy king bed, dresser and closet. In addition, bedroom two has a small hide-a-bed, suitable for a younger child. The third bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage and fun sea creature decor. Upstairs bath has a modern tiled shower and bathtub. In unit laundry. Extra fridge and freezer in laundry room. Everything you need for a day at the beach or pool. POOLS: As a guest, you will have access to the North Captiva Island Club with two heated pools and a hot tub. In addition, you'll also have access to a heated pool and pickleball courts at Safety Harbor Club.

week on the water

Great condo and location. Owner and property managers were very good at communicating. We were able to keep our boat on the dock steps from the condo. Everything appeared newly renovated from the storm damage from a few years ago. Golf cart and supplies like chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, paddle boards, and more all available for your use. We will be staying at this condo again for sure!
