"Lady at check-in was wonderful very friendly room was fine a little noisy there was anything negative to say, which is what it is as the cleaning staff left used soap in the shower"

"The lady at the Front desk. The original room we had booked had an issue with the heater. The temperature in the room was close to 80 degrees. We went back to the front desk and were immediately upgraded to a Suite. She was very friendly and provided great customer Service."
