"This is our 2nd stay in 3 months. And even though we lost power they were very accommodating. What i dont like is lavk of coffee or the doors being locked so often with open sign on. I understand no one wants to sit in there all day though."
"What an Awesome Experience we had when we stayed! Not only was the owner very responsive if we had any questions but the location and ambiance was wonderful! There’s a personal golf cart trail right to the beach which was so convenient. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to Crystal Beach. "

"The house appeared in person as it was in the listing. Convenient location to everything. Only two things that I would improve on. I would get a refrigerator with an ice maker and I would have a futon cleaned instead of covering up the stains with that quilted cover."
"We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel, but I wish there had been a broom in the room to help clean up the sand. I spoke with Abro and Ms. Rocio on the phone, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.one, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person."
"The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!"

"I give this house a 10 out 10. The house itself is gorgeous & location is great (4 minutes from the big store & beachfront ). The kitchen is very fully equipped and ready for any event. The rooms/beds are so comfortable we all slept like babies. We’ve have a tradition for 5 years to go to Galveston and honestly this house tops all houses we have stayed in. "
