  • Capitolasuites! Enjoy this two-bedroom, 1 and half bath newly remodeled Ocean View Condo! No need to worry about parking in Capitola. Just drive up to the Capitola Wharf and park in our one car garage!

    Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt outlet in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
    SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.
    Please Note: The Capitola Wharf is is now open for your enjoyment.

Great condo with beach view!

We were visiting from San Francisco, looking for a little beachfront condo to spend spring break, and did we hit the jackpot. This place is in a fantastic location, just steps from Capitola Beach. It's also nicely furnished and well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.

My favorite vacation stay ever! I spent 32 days and loved every minute. Comfortable beds, great living space and the best balcony and view. Short walk to everything the village has to offer, right at the wharf and beach! I have already booked another stay!

10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and mailed it back! Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous place to stay

Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Beautiful condo by Capitola Wharf

Great Location right at the newly renovated Capitola Wharf. We were able to walk to the restaurants. Unfortunately, the beach right at the Condo does not allow dogs so we had to go to other beaches. We did not see any signs and were told to leave as we had our dog, Apart from that a lovely property.

Amazing views, lovely condo

Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Lovely, clean property in a GREAT location!

This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.

Perfect beachfront condo in all the ways!!

My family of 4 (parents plus a teen and pre-teen) stayed here for Columbus Day weekend. I have too many good things to say about this place! First, the property looked exactly as described and as indicated in the photos. The decor and the feel of the entire condo was light, airy, and beautiful. It was clear the Owners put some thought into the feel they wanted for the space and the colors, decor and little touches were so welcoming and put us all in a beach state of mind! Second, the condo is extremely spacious! Our family all had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy when needed. My husband is a snorer and was able to sleep in the living room without bothering any of us or our slumber! The bedroom sizes are extremely generous, as well, and the dressers and closets were huge - far more than what we needed for a few days. The beds were super comfy, linens were soft, and there were ample pillows and blankets to go around. Third, the bathrooms are well appointed and brand/spanking new. Everything functioned perfectly and other than a missing shower curtain (which the Owner immediately addressed) the bathrooms were awesome. I also can’t emphasize how helpful it was to have that extra half bath! With four people, operating with one bathroom can be challenging but this was perfect. Fourth, the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with tons of glasses, dishes, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were flavored waters in the fridge and a nice bottle of wi
