"We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. Beautiful trees and plants and birdsong. There was ample parking right below our condo. Wheel barrows available for our luggage and supplies. Easy ramp for walking and then one flight of stairs. "We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time...

"#187 is a fantastic property. Clean, cozy and just a few steps away from the beach. The unit came with everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. The beach toys and towels made it feel like home. Sleeping options were plentiful with multiple beds available. All in all very happy with our stay and will definitely book again for our next visit to Pajaro Dunes"

"We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and it’s such an Incredible ocean view from the livingroom and bedroom that you just can’t beat. It looks right over the dunes to the ocean. We watched whales and dolphins for two hours one morning as they fed!! Bring binoculars it’s so perfect for spying on ocean life! Balcony looks directly onto the dunes and ocean. Perfect for sunset views! We went on the beach and had a bonfire both nights and LOVED watching sunset with a fire and blankets...
