The only down side was that we were advised from some locals not to swim in the water as it is somewhat contaminated in that area due to the recent rains. "

It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise."
