"My bathroom smelled like piss The hallways was very noisy got woken up 4am with people screaming and doors slamming The breakfast was terrible, the sausages tasted wrotten, eggs had no flavour and was watery"

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"The Vineyard Hotel is excellent. We have been there many times and each time is better than the last. Everything from the welcome, service, food is fantastic. And of course the view of the mountain is spectacular. "

"The staff were great but the condition of the rooms could be improved because one of the two rooms we booked smelled damp and mouldy and had an extractor fan that would not switch off (which was really noisy at night). The other room was fine but there should be consistency. "

"Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal."
