Light and spacious two-level , two bedroom apartment, with a sunny balcony facing the ocean, is nested in the heart of the coastal suburb of Sea Point between Lions Head, Signal Hill and the ocean. This two bedroom apartment is located at the front part of the family home with the separate entrance, in a quiet street, yet in walking distance of everything:
beach, promenade, shops, and restaurants.

Table Mountain, Cape Town City Centre, V&A Waterfront are all a short distance drive away.
The space
The upper level features two spacious bedrooms.
The first, opens onto sunny balcony with views of the ocean, has high-rise celling and an ensuite half-bathroom. The second offers a view to Lion's Head and paragliders braving the sky.
