This two bedroom apartment is located at the front part of the family home with the separate entrance, in a quiet street, yet in walking distance of everything:
beach, promenade, shops, and restaurants.

Table Mountain, Cape Town City Centre, V&A Waterfront are all a short distance drive away.

The upper level features two spacious bedrooms.
