Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to Bella Vista, and my husband's first time. We really like it. We have two suggestions: the toilet seat in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. It is heavy and crashes down, spoiling the bathroom experience. And the kitchen entrance is very handy but a hand rail would be very helpful."

"Wonderful location steps from a beautiful beach. This was perfect base to explore the area spectacular sites and trails. There was plenty of room for just three of us. The only issue was some mold in the showers and a few carpet stains but compared to the other amenities, this was able to be overlooked."

"This lovely home was spotless and provided for our every need. We were greeted with lights on, soft music and an easy access. The well stocked kitchen provided the tools needed to prepare family meals and included large enclosed recycling bins. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with enough linens and towels for all. This property included a large fenced yard with a nice patio and firepit, perfect for our dog and a nice gathering place for s'more making. The garage has been converted to an amazing game room...ping-pong, darts and foosball! We had an amazing week with kids and grands and loved the location. We are already making plans to return next year!"
