"This home is very clean and comfortable! We loved the living/dining space and comfortable beds. Nice view and location made an easy walk to market and shops. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items and there are lots of games, books etc. Coded access was easy, although note that as pictured, primary access is up a flight of stairs. A great place to stay!"

"We have stayed at various spots on the coast, and yachats in particular, for years and we would absolutely stay here again!The cottage was sweetly appointed, clean, convenient, and the amenities well thought out. The brief time we did need to reach out to the host (ahead of even arriving just to check route recommendations, they were prompt and helpful). The hot tub was fantastic, clean and private without feeling too far or closed off. Would def recommend a pair of flip flops for the few feet to get there if you have sensitive feet. The fireplace was such an awesome thing to be able to cozy up next too after a day of exploring. The bedroom was comfortable and well stocked with any extras.Well absolutely be adding this to our list of favorites for the future, thank you so much for having us! :)"

"The house has a spectacular ocean view and we really enjoyed watching the waves from the very comfortable livingroom couch and recliner! We had evening fires in the fireplace, which made it really cozy. "

"We needed a place to sleep for 2 nights to ride out the storm instead of driving to Bend. This little house fit us perfectly for short term and short notice/decision. Glad we stayed because the storm was awesome to watch from the safety and comfort of the couch. Also loved the 804 trail, which we were familiar with and the short but lovely walk to town center for coffee and such. The backyard was suitable for our dogs but used the neighbors HUGE unfenced yard for flinging tennis balls for my obsessive terrier. Would love to return some day. "
