Access to the beach was amazing, short walk to the end of the street and you are right on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and clean. It's away from the major tourist part of the beach which we preferred. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sandswept! From start to finish, our experience was fantastic, largely thanks to our wonderful host, Gayle. She was incredibly responsive both before and during our visit, always quick to answer questions and ensure everything was perfect.The house itself is one-of-a-kind filled with character and thoughtful design. With massive glass windows, unique architectural elements, and a stunning “pelican perch” room and deck, it reminded us of something Frank Lloyd Wright might have dreamed up. The views were breathtaking!Inside, the kitchen was extremely well-appointed. It had everything we needed was already there, making it easy to settle in and cook meals together. Each room was comfortable and well thought out: the beds were great, there was plenty of space to unpack, and we appreciated having different sleeping options for our family’s needs. My older parents loved the coolest (literally and figuratively!) room, and the kids were thrilled to have their own quieter spot downstairs.The location couldn’t have been better—nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to a quiet stretch of beach. We were lucky enough to spot 10–20 dolphins daily, swimming just 50 yards from shore. It felt magical.Another big plus: it’s very dog-friendly, which was a must for us. Our pup felt right at home.We’re already dreaming of a return trip. Thank you, Gayle, for sharing this beautiful home with us!"

"We had a great stay with our family! My son's favorite part was the balcony; bird watching and playing card games. Perfect spot on the north end, quiet neighborhood with friendly locals keeping an eye on things. Easy access to both the boardwalk areas and also heading the other way to our friend's, first landing and LynnHaven area. The beach was just steps away and quiet and we barely noticed the downstairs neighbors. The house was clean with tons of space and cozy beds. We would look to book again for any future trips! "
