"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"Stayed before heading to cruise ship. Super clean, everything you need, and super friendly helpful staff. We were supposed to stay at another hotel in Cocoa beach (gross) we ate the money on that and stayed here thank god. If you’re contemplating on staying here don’t, I don’t think you’ll find better. We would definitely stay here again!"
