Harbourview Inn, SureStay Collection by Best Western

8/10 Good
"We liked our room and hotel location. The floor carpet throughout the staircase & hallways looked very dirty—screaming for a good wash! Breakfast was rather disorganized. Often running out of juice, cups, etc—the staff member said they had ran out of them. It occurred every morning during our three day stay."

10/10 Excellent
"We were rained out from camping our tent was a bit wet. So booked in here. Glad we did. The first room had a separate bedroom. So nice clean and comfy. Nice balcony. Unfortunately woke up and the roof was leaking over our bed. They got us into another room super quick. Had a kitchenette which turned out to make it easy to make our before work out breakfast. After a busy day and some celebrating to do went to the restaurant and had the lobster linguine it was fabulous. Our server Sian made a great dry gin martini!! Service was excellent. Somehow sensing we were having a deep conversation she seemed to know when to top up our water, wine and checking how we enjoyed our meal. The management took care of us after the unfortunate leak. But who could see that coming with a new roof! Front desk ladies were awesome!!"
