Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly.

Our stay here was fine. The staff was very friendly. I will say the AC was terrible. We had to switch rooms due to the AC being broken on our whole floor. The technician came prior to the switch and said the other guest must not be noticing the heat (which waited until the next day to be fixed because the technician had to clock out).. Once we switched rooms the AC was still very suboptimal. Another thing is the parking situation. There are about 6 parking spots offered to a hotel with 2 buildings and 5 floors. If these parking spots are taken (which they’re always full) you will have to park in the surrounding neighborhood, sometimes blocks away. On the last day several guests were parked in front of the hotel due to not finding any other parking anywhere else and all received a €80 fine. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was great and recommended. Overall, our stay was alright but I probably would not stay here again.

Overall, this is a great hotel, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised free parking. Unfortunately, what they don't make clear is that there are only five parking spots available. If those are full, you'll have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, which can be inconvenient if you're coming back late. Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would look into it, nothing was done to resolve the problem. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Overall, it's a good hotel, but I think they should be more transparent about the parking situation and improve their responsiveness to maintenance concerns.

Loved the view from our room - we had a room with the sea view, on a clear day the sunrise was gorgeous to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Food was very good and always plentiful and the staff were very friendly.

The quality of accommodation at Hotel Na Taconera is superb. I cannot fault it. I attended with my family (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The we all enjoyed the main pool plus the pool at the sports club as well as the facilities of the sports club. The rooms are newly decorated to a very high standard and our sea view was just that...lovely. The rooms also had much needed air con. The rooms were also incredibly clean. We must also mention the food - the daily breakfast was delicious.

Dislikes: Poor quality of food. Inadequate lift system - two tiny lifts which terminate on first floor (so you have to carry suitcases up steep stairs from ground floor reception). Paying 15 euros per hour to use the tennis courts. Inadequate bar - it’s huge, but little used because it serves no food, has no atmosphere, no happy hour. Likes: Friendly and efficient staff. Good location quite near to excellent small beach

Both good and bad

This is the stuff we really liked: Great gym across the road by the racket courts and a nice place to hang out in the evening belongs to hotel. Nice pool at the hotel. Good AC in the rooms Good beds Good shower Easy walk to the beach for 7 min *These are things we think were not that good: You could here your neighbor room when they were talking in normal voice and we are glad they did not like sitting up at night. Thin walls. The food is a basic cantina and the staff seem a bit tired. This was low season and we had 3 meals every day for a week and not even the last day they seemed to recognise you (Not that that is important but says volumes i think) TIPS for travelers here and the hotel: Do not take the shuttle the hotel recommend if you dont want to sit 3-4 hours in a buss to get there...it stops a lot of places before this place. The hotel SHOULD inform on this....many were pissed of. IT takes 1 hour and 15 min with taxi. I would recommend the the breakfast over other eating times when that was better than dinner and lunch. If you are having dinner go for the chief that is doing basic stuff while you wait to get freshly cooked stuff. I guess the food in the buffet is prepared a long time before serving and that is noticable. There is very few options for dinner close by so be aware of that. Overall I would come back and change a few things as mentioned above.

The staff was very welcoming at the arrival. The bedroom was nice and the balcony was pleasant. The meals were very good and with a lot of diversity. However, the room had no Wifi reception whatsoever, and the air conditioning was non-existent. The parking lot is very reduced but it is easy to park the car along the street.
