The woman who runs the front desk is very friendly and professional. She communicates very well in English. She also manages the restaurant. The food was satisfying and fair priced for the evening meal. Breakfast was included. All around we felt like this made our last night much less stressful. "

"The stay started poorly due to the hotel’s shuttle being very difficult to locate, which resulted in an unexpected €25 taxi fare. When I raised this at reception, the response was dismissive and not helpful. The initial room I was given was dark, dated, and overlooked the parking lot. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I would need to pay extra, and my concerns were not taken seriously at first. To their credit, after seeing how unhappy I was, the staff eventually made an effort to improve the situation. However, the overall experience was disappointing"
