"Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"Check was nice, smooth and very polite. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy Breakfast was ok, usual pastries and cereals. The scrambled eggs weren’t particularly great and the coffee from the machine was rank. Can’t go wrong with a tea bag so that made up for it. We used the pool in the morning which was acceptable. But it could do with a really good scrub around the waterline as that was very ‘scaled over’. We would stay again though."

"Room was dated and needed some minor repairs and a detailed cleaning.(carpet, shower etc). There was no air conditioning so a fan would have been nice. The tv on the wall was the size of a postage stamp, as in smaller than a computer screen. The pub and restaurant were really good. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff were great, helpful and welcoming."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and escape! "
