"Excellent location. Stayed here twice now and paid the little extra for sea view and balcony and worth it! Very clean, A/C brilliant. Cleaned daily with towel changes and toiletries. Breakfast is rather unimaginative and unchanging but ample and decent quality. Parking inRoses is a nightmare so if you have a hire car beware!!! You can park across the road but it will cost you dearly! A lovely hotel and had my swim each morning and evening."

"Everything was perfect. The staff are all very kind to the lobby bar to the reception staff. The pool was lovely and had a great view. It was within walking distance to the river with markets, port tasting and exceptional restaurants "

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "
