Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered.
