Loft 'Vue Canigou' with terrace between sea and mountains, in the heart of the village



Located in Maureillas-las-Illas (66), this loft offers a magnificent view of the sacred mountain of the Catalans, the Canigou. Situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it consists of a living room/bedroom area with a kitchenette, giving access to a private terrace, as well as a bathroom and toilet. It can accommodate 2 adults and one child. Enjoy breathtaking views of nature and the village rooftops in a 17th-century building, nestled between the sea and the mountains of the Pyrénées-Orientales.



The apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish border and Céret, 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Perpignan, 1.5 hours from Montpellier, 2 hours from Toulouse via Carcassonne, and 2 hours from Barcelona. Several free parking lots are available in the village, two of which are equipped with surveillance cameras.



A maximum of 2 pets is accepted, with an extra fee per animal and per night. The celebration of events is not permitted in this property.
