"We went on a family trip to Spain and stayed at this villa, and would highly recommend. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a short drive into town. The villa itself was incredible. It was spacious, clean, and upscale. The pool was a treat to have as well, and the views from the pool/balcony are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely like to come back. We would recommend this villa to everyone!"

"When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. We also found out that there are no pool towels and the cleanliness is not really good in some places. The location is very quiet and the beautiful beach is not overcrowded. For shopping...

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement."

"Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. Annie the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely go back."

"Great Property ideal for our stay, would highly recommend. Just for information the only downside was that there wasn't a single towel there for us to use, the kitchen sink didn't get hot water to it and the dishwasher leaked when we tried to use it."

Der Pool ist perfekt und sehr gepflegt, super für eine Abkühlung.Neben der Villa ist ein toller Wald und viele Wege zum spazieren gehen.Der Vermieter ist wirklich super, er hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und war immer sofort ereichbar,für alle Fragen, vielen Dank nochmal Steve. "The villa is lovely, however I feel I should mention a couple of small things. The pool no longer has the same view as depicted in the advert. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must....
