"The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!"

"We just spent 6 glorious days and nights in the hot sun at the beautiful Hilton Mar Caribe all inclusive. The rooms are newly updated and so clean. Large walk-in sho and separate tub. We had a beautiful ocean view room on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and blue sea. Everyday we were met with smiling faces and great energy. The outdoor pool team worked so hard to entertain us all with water aerobics, water balloon fights for the kids, Zumba and games all day. Special shout-out to Kax, Arturo and Bruno! Pool chairs were readily available and on the weekend it was noted to be a bit busier but when Francisco wasn’t serving us drinks he worked hard to make sure everyone who needed a seat at the pool got one. We were pleasantly surprised that there were lifeguards at the bach watching us swim over the beautiful blue waters to the sandbar. We don’t typically travel to all inclusive hotels for the food but I have to give a special shout out to the Hibachi and sushi restaurant where we dined 2x during our stay. Top notch entertainment at the hibachi and the sushi on a second night was delicious. If you’re lucky enough to score and outdoor sunset table at La Luce (Italian) you’re in for a treat. It’s a beautiful spot to eat a delicious meal. We enjoyed La Flama steak house but were less impressed by the Mexican restaurant on property. The buffet had something for everyone. The man making hamburgers at the pool grill— thank you! "
