BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 43` TLC Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available at Wilson Parking.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to fantastic shared amenities. You can access the rooftop common area of the Republic building, which includes a BBQ facility and stunning views, an ideal spot to relax or entertain.
You also have access to enjoy a beautifully designed shared space on Level 13 of Dusk, which features a library, kitchen, boardroom, and outdoor lounge area, a perfect place to unwind or work in comfort.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in information will be sent two days before your check-in date, and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
Your keys are stored at `Soapbox Laundromat - 4 Grazier Lane, Belconnen` - beside your accommodation building (free 30 min parking is available in the Wilson/Woolworths Parking at 6 Grazier Lane).
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
