"Fairmont Hot Springs is our family’s go-to getaway place. My boys love the hot and cold outdoor pools. We’d spend all our time at the resort. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room with kitchenette is roomy for a family of four. Pool-facing rooms are really convenient to get to the outdoor pools. The reason I took away one star is that I really wish they would invest on their beds - they are too soft and not supportive for two sleepers with sagging on the sides. "

"The room was great. We enjoyed the view of the mountains all around and it was a straight shot to Fairmont Hot Springs’ pools. If I’m ever in Canada again, I’d stay here once more! Also there’s a couple of really nice hide and seek spots for the kids. :)"

"The only positive on this home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. The house was dirty, couches and carpet is stained and many surfaces showed dust. We will not stay here again, nor recommend this house to anyone"
