"We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. "

"Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. "Beautiful palace, well kept. The downside is to get there with all the construction and restoration"

"Great hotel in a great location . Very good breakfast as well."

"A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."

"The beds are really hard as well as the pillows."

"Very comfortable. Beautiful setting in the countryside. Wine tasting experience was amazing. Lots of options for self-serve breakfast. Wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and kind. Hope to return every year."

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel...

"This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."

"Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable and well located. Special shout out to staff Alissio and Aliana who were extremely helpful with a minor room issue. Breakfast is the best….include that in your stay!"

"Excellent location, convenient parking, accommodating staff and impressive breakfast spread."

"Ideally located in the city center. Nice casual hotel"
