"Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra. Discutibilissima e sorprendente la scelta di due camere con letti alla "francese", con tutto lo spazio intorno per...

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Thank you so much to Maja and Judy for a wonderful stay. It was incredible to get the opportunity to explore Montegiorgio, the surrounding hill towns and seaside and Le Marche in general! The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around. We couldn't stop staring out every window and really savoured the time we had at the villa to slow down and enjoy. Maja was very communicative and responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay again!"

"Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation. "

"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"Wonderful house – ideal for our group of 13 boys!The property and surrounding landscape are beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our trip. Thimo and Odette are incredibly kind and helpful – communication was excellent, and they gave us great tips on local activities. To ensure we had complete privacy, they even arranged alternative accommodation for themselves during our stay, as they usually live on the first floor of the countryside house. "la villa ci ha offerto di godere di una grande possibilità di svago, per la sua posizione. Abbiamo trovato molteplici offerte dai vari paesini , sia per la bellezza degli stessi , sia per le persone che ci hanno aperto i luoghi di cultura anche fuori orario . Oppure il mare raggiungibile in 30 minuti . Al nostro rientro ci accoglieva la villa che con la sua bella piscina ( tenuta sempre pulita dal proprietario ) ci ha donato un gran ristoro ."

"Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit tollen Ausblick in die Tal und in die Ferne. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.. Herrlich. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen in die verschwendeten Richtungen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder ☺️"
