Great place to relax

This is a nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean. It is sadly not walkable to any food or entertainment or attractions.

Pleased to stay here!

This was a last minute booking and I’m glad it was made here. It’s not the Ritz but I didn’t pay for the Ritz! It’s comfortable and it’s functional and Marco (Manager) was great. It’s easy to find and park and an easy walk to the city centre, so whether business or tourist, it works for both.

Nice hotel shame about the noise

First the plus points,the staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful,the bed was VERY comfortable, the room was very clean as was the bathroom, every room had a balcony, breakfast was fine.Minus points, the area was a bit scruffy but the number negative point was that there is a school of dance on, I think the first floor which played VERY loud (unable to hear the TV) until 22:00 each night we stayed, the management said that there was nothing that they could do. For this reason alone would not return which is a shame because I liked the hotel.

Rimelig hotel - tæt på centrum

Rimeligt hotel - dog kan morgenmaden - selv om det er italiensk - blive bedre. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for centrum, men en dejlig gåtur der ind.

Accolto con gentilezza,professionalità ,ma con empatia ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni utili per il mio breve soggiorno. La camera era spaziosa ,pulita ma esageratamente profumata. I muri facevano filtrare le voci dei vicini di camera. Il bagno era pulitissimo e funzionale. La colazione era buona ed abbondante. Mi sono sentito a mio agio.La città bellissima, il centro facilmente raggiungibile.

Bezoek aan Ascoli Piceno

Prima hotel om Ascoli Piceno te bezoeken. Te voet of met de auto kun je naar de stad. Zeer vriendelijke receptionist, die ons prima restaurant adviezen heeft gegeven. Restaurant Nonna Nani vonden wij de leukste ervaring. Omgeving ziet er niet zo aantrekkelijk uit, maar de ligging t.o.v. de stad, de rust zijn en de goede WIFI zijn zeker pluspunten.

The hotel was Ok. I stayed there for only one night, so I didn't see anything of the surroundings, but I was able to walk to the train station, which was not too far. Negative was that the room was rather cool and I could not change the temperature, since it was centrally controlled by the hotel staff.

Ruhige Lage, ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen.

Die Stadt liegt etwas abseits der Touristenströme,sie hat es verdient besichtigt zu werden. Parken am Fluss ist sehr gut organisiert, man gelangt mit einem Aufzug direkt in die Altstadt.

Ho passato un'ottimo weekend. L'hotel è provvisto di ogni tipo di comfort e il personale è sempre gentile e cortese. Pur essendo situato in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos, si può raggiungere il centro storico di Ascoli in soli 20 minuti a piedi. C'è un ampio e gratuito parcheggio proprio a ridosso dell'hotel.

Pulito e confortevole, ideale per un weekend ad Ascoli o al mare (San Benedetto del Tronto)

Hotel di recente realizzazione ed in buono stato manutentivo, pur essendo situato in una zona periferica-industriale della città di Ascoli. Comodissimo all'uscita della Superstrada Ascoli-Mare, consente di raggiungere San Benedetto del Tronto e la costa in 20 minuti di auto, pur essendo a 5 minuti di auto dal centro cittadino. Le stanze sono comode e ben tenute, anche se con pareti non perfettamente isolate dal punto di vista acustico. Colazione abbondante e piacevole. Ideale per soggiorni brevi visto anche il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
