"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"

"Nice room, good location, modern deco, we really liked it and wnjoy thw roof top views! The guys at the front desk really people, they gave us good restaurants recomendations. The house keeping us a big proble, they dont clean daily and we were 4 in the room, even though we ask they kept leaving only 2 towels and there is no phone in the room so you have to go down and ask, they don't have after hours house keeping so it will be til next day after 8:00 am and we would wake up at 7 to leave at 8am...big inconvenience"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, coffee shops. Friendly and helpful staff from the cleaning staff, security guards to the administration. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for our family of four where we could have breakfast in the morning. It was really clean, functional and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated the breakfast food offered on the main floor: yogourts, pastries, fruit and coffee. Thank you for this great stay. We are looking forward to coming back!"

"The hotel ese cute felt like I was staying in England! However, there was an odd scent in the hallways by the rooms. Almost like an antique/ old church smell. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The beds were a little stiff but overall a good stay and was in a good location."
