The inside is better than outside. The outside doesn't not look that great but the rooms were great.

Never slept so bad
I never slept so bad. The window was very noisy with the wind. Couldn’t sleep at all. But the breakfast is good though.

very poor hotel
First impression of the front desk was good, but the room was terrible. Bathroom smelling sewage, no shower curtains, bathroom got flooded, no hot water in the shower, had to ask for blankets for the night, refrigerator had drinks but was unplugged, room very noisy, all night long could hear noise on the streets. Staff friendly but maintenance very poor.

Great facilities and even better (English speaking) staff. Not much around the area, but Campo Grande is like that I found. Good wifi, nice sun drenched pool. High rooms are quiet and have good views of a boring city.

Poor service in the dining area
We experienced very poor service in the dining area at both dinner and breakfast. Wasn't impressed with this hotel. Would not come back to this hotel again.

Stayed here on a trip for work.
I was shooting a documentary and had to come to Campo Grande for 2 days. The hotel was fine- not great, not bad. Breakfast was fine, good pao con queso. The down side for me was when I wanted to shoot an interview in my room they wanted to charge me 35 reals to let someone in my room- I've shot in hotels all over the world and never seen anything like that! It seems like you should be able to bring whomever you want into your room as long as you are not causing problems and they are not sleeping there. The biggest plus: they make a FANTASTIC caipirinha. I'd say the best I had in Brazil, and I ate in some pretty swank restaurants in Sao Paolo...

Harbor Self Buriti Suítes Hotel - helpful staff
The hotel was reasonably comfortable and well maintained. The staff, particularly the manager we encountered was very helpful. We arrived past midnight and the manager was very courteous, spoke very good english and helped with a wifi issue. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was well presented and typical of a Brazilian hotel of this standard. The room and linen was clean.

Atendimento bom, porém o quarto deixou a desejar. Mal cuidado, antigo, sem manutenção, janelas sem vedação, deixam o vento passar mesmo fechadas e batem muito, fazendo muito barulho. Cama barulhenta também. Café da manhã bom. Localização boa.

Hotel antigo demais. Ar condicionado não gela. No banheiro não tinha sabonete para tomar banho. Cortina não consegue fechar toda a janela. No anúncio tanto do site do hotel como no site do hotéis.com não informar que o hotel é do tipo econômico. Não vale a pena o custo benefício. Hotel com categoria melhor o valor de diferença gira em torno de 50,00. Valeu a experiência para conhecer o hotel. Mas não voltarei a me hospedar.

A estrutura é de um prédio extremamente antigo que foi improvisada para ser utilizada como hotel. Sofrível, se eu tivesse visto antes de pagar, não teria me hospedado em hipótese alguma.

Infelizmente foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida, o recepcionista noturno extremamente estupido e arrogante, não tem vaga no estacionamento, o seu veículo fica pra fora exposto, o quarto muito velho, ar-condicionado não gela, não conseguimos dormir direito, não houve disposição em auxiliar com outro quarto por exemplo, talvez pq todos estamos da mesma forma, café da manhã simples, água a R$ 7,00, entre outros. Mas foi a pior experiência que tive e com um valor altíssimo, estava buscando uma qualidade por esse preço e acabei tendo a pior experiência da minha vida e da minha família.

Pode melhorar.
Na primeira noite tive que descer para trocar os travesseiros que estavam com marcas de baba amarela.Eu mesmo tive que descer para substituí-los pois não possuem serviço de quarto após às 19h. Na noite seguinte tive que descer mais uma vez para pedir lençol pois após a arrumação não deixaram lençois. Na recepção principal o ar condicionado permaneceu desligado, durante os três dias de minha hospedagem em nenum deles o ar condicionado da recepação estava ligado.

Propriedade antiga, com ar condicionado barulhento, elevador pequeno, estranho, barulhento! Apartamento grande em via de grande acesso, barulho logo pela manhã com o fluxo de carros. Na chegada com péssimo atendimento, não tinha local disponível para estacionamento, diferente da oferta. Me virar na rua para estacionar!

A estadia foi um filme de terror, depois de uma viagem cansativa, quando chegamos no hotel o quarto não estava limpo, cheiro de mofo, as roupas de camas e cortinas sujas, encardidas um verdadeiro filme de terror! Sem toalhas disponíveis, um absurdo um lugar desse ser chamado de hotel!

Quarto grande e espaçoso. Limpeza OK. Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas. Ótima ducha e boa cama. Não havia sabonete nem shampoo no banheiro. Pia parcialmente entupida. Papel higiênico super frágil e simples. Ar condicionado de parede antigo, barulhento e pequeno para o tamanho do quarto, não tendo capacidade para resfria-lo. Não testei o frigobar que estava desconectado da tomada como todos os demais equipamentos (ar condicionado, abajur).
