I was traveling with a 3 year old and bedroom did not have a crib. I got very late in the hotel and receptionist did his best to give me a crib but it turned out that it was not in usable condition, overdue to be replaced and I felt concerned for the safety of my son In addition, baby mattress was just too uncomfortable for the baby and he slept poorly.

O serviço foi ótimo, os quartos são grandes só que precisa de uma boa reforma. Móveis velhos descascando, a maçaneta do banheiro solto na minha mão quando fechei a porta. O café da manhã foi bom, só que está faltando umas opções quentes vegetarianas. Só que também, está precisando de uma boa reforma do espaço.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly! We were hoping for a crib upon arrival but the hotel was out of them - thankfully we had a pack and play in the car but that’s something to consider if you are coming with babies! We got the basic room with a pull out couch and it was VERY spacious! There was even a Kitchenet which is great for travelling kids. Bathrooms were a little older, but had good water pressure and comfortable showers. Breakfast was included and the buffet was good with lots of variety. You can also order omelettes and tapiocas.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. Location, staff, room, restaurants, complimentary breakfast, amenities within the hotel abs nearby. Everything, I have stayed there several times and wouldn’t even consider any other hotel when I am in Campinas

Campinas Brazil Downtown Hotel
Location: hotel is conveniently located to main premium downtown area of Campinas with several nice restaurants nearby. Rooms: though we stayed at a full size suite, we clearly can see the Boyle can use some renovation as floor, decoration and bathroom shows its age. Also, rooms are dark in the evening as the lights are not bright enough Food: we had lunch at the Italian Bellini restaurant and both service and food quality were excellent. Possibly the best Italian restaurant in town. However, dinner at the Japanese restaurant Kindai was rated “poor” as nothing really resembled a fine Japanese cuisine. Breakfast was somehow limited in choices but of food quality Facilities: Good fitness center but a very small swimming pool Overall: a good value when compared to the Royal Palm Plaza but the hotel should definitely work on a new interior design
