The staff were kind and made a late check in (and check out) simple and easy. The one downside is going to town for dinner is a bit of a walk and sometimes have dogs on the street that get territorial, so recommend having a car even though it's not far."

"Wow!! Winnies B&B became my home away from home. The place is so neat, tidy, clean and so comfortable. The owner was just so hospitable, warm and kind- pretty much a mom. Nothing was ever stolen or missing and felt so comfortable leaving my stuff when leaving. The staff cleaned up after us and even did our washing so that when we came back we could just relax. On our first day we were so busy we couldnt stop for dinner but the owner asked us if we had eaten and prepared some traditional tongan...

The air condition didn't work, the TV didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no mini bar stock in the fridge, no tea/coffee supplies, only the kettle. We were moved to a standard room and still the air con didn't work. The towels were not replenish the whole time we were there."
