During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"really far away from center, only bus can go there, and the bus is never on time, waiting time for a bus is about 30 mins, takes another 30 mins to go into town. The room is noisy, you can hear all the neighbors and corridor. Breakfast was ok, but not too many to choose. nice thing is they have their own parking, maybe it is easier for people who drives"

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "
