"This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Summer Inn was a perfect location for our 2 nights in Orewa. Excellent beach access, 10 minute walk to beautiful Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve and 10 minute walk to MANY restaurants & shops. Was a BONUS to discover all rooms were completely renovated in 2025. On-site parking is plentiful and free. "

"Property was perfect with a gorgeous view. Inside was roomy and super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the main bed was very comfortable, however the twin beds were a bit hard. "

"Absolutely loved this beautiful Lodge! The Breakfast & Dinner was excellent! My only advice is to make sure the shower control pads are cleaned properly & onetap in my bathroom was broken.
