The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. "The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and as pictured. We loved the beach that the hotel is on, and it’s located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only reason I knocked it down a star was for the half board buffet. Personally the buffet was not worth the price and we didn’t use it a majority of our trip as there were better tasting options near by. Also two people on our trip are vegan and nothing at the buffet had ingredients labeled which made it difficult."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities, especially the outdoor and indoor pools & spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, including gluten free options. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment throughout the week. A few small gripes: Toiletries provided are basic: only a combined shampoo/shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion. No kettle in the bedroom. Only one small water bottle per person provided in the fridge at the start of the stay. No water fountain anywhere in the hotel to top up reusable bottles. There is always a lengthy queue for the freshly cooked breakfast options - it would be helpful to have a second staff member at these stations."
