- Very bright penthouse, recently renovated, on the fourth floor and on the beachfront in the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença. It consists of large semi-covered terrace, with wooden parquet floor and outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views offered by the bay. The modern design apartment and wooden floors consist of an open, fully equipped kitchen, a room with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a large shower space. It has very modern furniture with hot / cold air conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the center of the Port of Pollença. Ideal for couples. Dont have a lift. No parking
