"This hotel was the best find! We had the bright room with a view out to the front courtyard and it was spectacular. It was roomy and layout was perfect. The service from the team was wonderful. The amenities were thoughtful and it was convenient to so many central points of interest in and around San Marco Square. Although we didn’t have breakfast there, our friends did and they really enjoyed the variety, quality and taste. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Well equipped cabins and good children's pool. The bus transfer to Venice is very efficient and good value for money. Only negatives are: - that the bunk beds in the cabins are not suitable for adults, they were also broken where the ladder attached in all of our cabins. - the main pool was freezing! "The location is really good. About a two min walk to the train station. It’s down a narrow alley so even though you are right next to the hustle and bustle the people and noise is absent. The hotel is clean and the rooms were nice. The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars across the board was the shower. Great pressure and relatively roomy. The problem was the way the designed the shower/tub allowed water to go under the glass door and completely flood the floor. Every single time. We tried using extra towels to block the water but these attempts proved futile. We let the front desk know after our first day and upon check out. The response was tepid. As if she was acknowledging the problem without a concern about fixing the issue. If not for the shower issues I would definitely recommend this hotel."
