The saunas and the outdoor pools are wonderful. A great variety at breakfast and excellent meals in the main restaurant. Some areas need an upgrade.

 the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni in questa splendida struttura scoperta per caso in occasione di uno spettacolo al Castello di Este, ma sono stati sufficienti per apprezzare la cortesia e l'ospitalitĂ  di tutto il personale. Noi siamo stati allo Splendid , la camera molto ampia e pulitissima, dotata di tutto, unica pecca forse l'arredamento un pĂł datato. Anche la zona delle piscine termali confortevole, pulita e piacevole. I due ristoranti davvero ottimi, cibo di qualitĂ  e grande varietĂ  al buffet degli antipasti, il personale di sala molto cortese e professionale. Colazione top. Che dire, davvero una piacevole scoperta

Great Hotel in beautiful, quiet area. Very friendly, service oriented personell Big rooms, not modern but high quality. Spectacular pool area with huge pools with warm thermal water. Plenty of sunbeds. Good restaurants. Free parking on premises. Will come again!
