"La maison est très agréable , spacieuse , agréable à vivre , bien située , avec deux belles terrasses face a la baie , aux 1eres loges pour le coucher de soleil !!!! Tout pourrait être parfait si avant d’arriver on vous signale qu’il faut venir avec de quoi se protéger des moustiques , uniquement la nuit mais les attaques sont sévères ! Idéalement les propriétaires devraient améliorer certaines choses ds la cuisine , un mug par pers pour le petit déjeuner, une carafe pour l’eau ,un Tire bouchon...

"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful...

"Pros: Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben bis 23 Uhr an der Finca gewartet (geplant 20:30uhr) Sehr schöne Buchten vor der Haustür (30sek laufweg) Schöne Terasse. Taxi nach S'Arenal (nächstgelegene Sandstrand kostet nicht mehr als 8-10€. Wir sind meistens hin gelaufen und mit Taxi zurück. Cons: Eine Dusche hatte keine Kabine und nicht genug Gefälle im Boden. So dass über den gesamten Aufenthalt der Boden sehr eklig nass war. Hier müssen sich die Besitzer unbedingt etwas überlegen....

"We had a lovely stay in Calvia. The property was lovely and in a great location with amazing views. 4 cafe/ bars that are walkable to a nice drink/ snack. "

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"Pros: Huset havde alt det vi havde brug for. + med aircondition i alle rum. Moderniseret og lyst indvendigt og lækkert udendørs område, hvor vi tilbragte meget af tiden. Værten var meget flink og var god til at spørge, om alt var okay. Cons: Porten ud til vejen kunne med fordel udskiftes til en automatisk."

"Incredible place! Lol be ready for a fun drive down a road hugging the cliffs. Make sure you do not get a car bigger than an Audi A1! We made that mistake and barely made it. Incredible views. You'll love it."
