"Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. "We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."
