"Stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway before an early flight and unfortunately won’t stay again. We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. As an airport hotel, they should be more aware that many guests are tired travelers on tight schedules who just want efficient service and rest."

"They said they had breakfast. There was no breakfast. Nobody came in my room for three days to even change which I went up to the front desk and told him to change my sheets. They cleaned the room when I took the dog out nobody came plus there was so much argument. It must be a shelter."

"We frequently stay at the Westin after arriving on a late flight. The hotel is furnished nicely, the rooms are spacious and clean. We particularly like that the bar and restaurant are open late. But… the price to park for one night is ridiculously high. The last five times we stayed there, we had to make several trips back to the front desk before we could exit the parking lot because the exit arm didn’t work. We will be considering an another hotel in the future. "
