"While my stay was a short weekend stay I utilized the shuttle to and from the airport which was a quick ride. Upon my check-in I met the nicest young woman that Marriot has probably ever employed named Kayla. She provided the best service ever just with checking in. She didn't make me feel like a guest, I felt like I was visiting family. Kayla was so helpful and warm to my husband and I. Marriot truly has a gem and I wanted them know that. The room itself was clean and all the workers were very helpful and responsive. My only gripes are that the water was too hot and only the local channels were working. I know, who complains about water being too hot and the TV channels. "

"After checking in at 4:00 PM, I was eager to get some rest after a long flight, but the constant noise of planes taking off and landing kept me awake until past 10:00 PM. This hotel is not suitable for those seeking a good night’s sleep. Also, the carpeted hallways are not ideal for dragging heavy suitcases. The staff, however, were very helpful."

"Clean room staff was very rude and not attentive to her job as a clerk she was on her phone texting while I was checking in her focus was not in the client but whatever she had going on didn’t give me any information to help me out with parking or anything else untile I asked for help then her attitude was blunt to the point I had to figure it out on my own I have stayed here many times the staff is always helpful and attentive to you but time I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated for my business I can understand you having personal issues but the client is not responsible for any of your problems customer service is your job so you should make sure the customer understands what is available to him or what he or she needs to assist them while they are there "

"I do not remeber the representative's name but she was a black woman with shkrt hair and wore glasses, she was Extremely nuce and very helpful! My stay was very nice as the rooms were also nice and clean. I would stay again. They have a nice lobby that has a restaurant and bar and area for watching a large screen tv, it was a vibe to chill there for a while after we explored the city before going back up to my room"
