"Nice spot in downtown Palm Springs. Very clean and modern. Good pool but need to add pool towels. Room towels do not work as pool towels. Dog area was fabulous and convenient. Rooms could use a few closet shelves or dresser. "

"The aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for. The pool area was laid out nicely; the pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect and the music was just the right style and volume. Perfect for getting that mid-century vibe while relaxing poolside. The staff was very friendly and helpful; house keeping was Johnny-on-the-spot, and the on-site restaurants, while not fancy were solid. Room decor was spot on, with perfect mid-century Tiki vibes. On the downside, our mattress was severely worn out, with a huge dip on my side resulting in lower back pain. The carpet was also visibly stained in some areas and could probably stand to be replaced. While not a super-fancy, boutique hotel, we still had a very good experience and would be happy to stay there again!"

"Rude staff. We were among several guests waiting to check in. Waited 3 hours. Pool had white chunks and food floating. Told staff but they were apathetic. My wife had to grab the pool skimmer herself and try to clean it. Water was still foggy. It grossed a lot of guests out. Trash cans were over flowing with trash. The wouldn’t refill even the water outside when it was over 100. There were cans all over the grounds that over three days were never picked up. We will NEVER return to this hotel. "

"The property is in a very quiet location. Fast food and grocery stores are less than a mile away. Rooms look nothing like the photos! The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. Roaches! Roaches in the fridge, roaches in the microwave, roaches everywhere! If you have allergies or asthmatic, this isnt the place for you. I'm disappointed with Expedia for offering this place. Fridge was broken and rusty. Walls are incredibly thin. Rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. A/C units need to be cleaned. Shower doesn't drain well. The property grounds are well kept. That should be true for the rooms we all inhabit. "

"My only knock is showers are super low flow, at least in my room. I think my bed was amazing and the AC IS GREAT, very important in the desert. Overall I give 5 and would book again! "
