Lovely small hotel in a quiet residential area with two outdoor hot spring pools and an indoor pool. Staff was very friendly, cared about the property, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Rooms were generously sized, spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Desert X trip

The Lido is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Desert Hot spring area. We really enjoy having a separate kitchen and the pools are wonderful .

Great place to relax and from which to enjoy the area. Clean, comfortable rooms, a great courtyard, and the owner-operators are super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Heavenly hot water pools .

We were working on our house and needed a place to stay : and especially looked forward to the incredible hot springs water at Lido Palms . We soaked and relaxed and ate take out from a great Indian restaurant . Walked around the corner to breakfast at Azure Palms . Good location for us and perfect mineral pools .

The Lido Palms is a real gem the place is very clean and the property is very well maintained. The 2 hot tubs and pool are hot mineral water and very hot. The new owners are very nice and accommodating. One person in our group used the Spa services and was very pleased with the massage. I highly recommend the Lido Palms which is great value for the money

Happy to see the new owners of Lido Palms are wonderful people, and are doing a lot of renovations. It still has the old school look and feel that I love, but now there are new modern touches in the rooms. The pools are very clean, and the natural spring water really does heal you. Can’t wait to come back!

What a charming motel! The proprietor Janet personally showed us around when we checked in. Room was spacious, well-appointed and spotless. Nice to have the indoor mineral springs pool in case of rough weather, but the outdoor pool at night with the surrounding swaying palm trees was heavenly. Will absolutely stay there again!

Friendly staff. Has great kitchen with utensils needed for your cooking needs. It also has a grill, which we used! The indoor jacuzzi was excellent! Beds are a bit hard… might need to be upgraded.

Absolutely loved it. We were the only occupants in the 10 room hotel. We had the 3 pools to ourselves. The surrounding gardens were lovely. The hosts were friendly. Fantastic stay on 100+ degree night.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. The bigger rooms that we chose were perfect! We took meat and were able to grill it on patio. The nice big kitchen equipped with utensils was helpful for our cooking needs. My parents had an amazing time since they were able to join us this time. Beds might need to be upgraded… a bit hard for me.

I like the hotel for its privacy - only 10 rooms. Quiet, no children, no animals, closed area. The swimming pools are open 24 hours a day. There is a kitchen, a large refrigerator, you can cook something simple or heat up food.

Check in was great. Front desk was more than accommodating for an early check in. Overall the stay was fairly good. Furniture and rooms are a little outdated. Jacuzzi and pool didn’t appear to be in the cleanest condition.

Wonderful girls getaway in the desert!

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the Lido Palms Resort and Spa. Upon our arrival we received a tour of the property and the pools, along with helpful information about the benefits of the mineral waters. Alla and her husband the proprietors were very attentive to their guests, making sure all felt welcome and checked in on guests throughout their stay. The property was bright and clean, with a bonus kitchenette, and the pools were amazing! This was a friend getaway, and it was so worth it! The location has easy access to Joshua Tree National Park, and the town of Desert Hot Springs is very cute! After a day of hiking and walking, the mineral waters here were just what we needed. The decor inside the room and the pool area was very calming with beautiful plants and flowers. The massage service I received was wonderful, and the spa room was tranquil, it was so nice to walk outside the spa room after the massage and lounge near the pool. This was such a nice and relaxing stay! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway! Alla the owner, was so kind to even call after we had left the property because I had left something behind! A hidden gem in the desert, and will definitely be back and spend more time, a weekend was not enough!
