"Small quirky hotel about 5mins walk from Market Square and even closer to Castle. Check in was quick and smooth. Room was fab - very comfortable and premium feel. Molton Brown shampoo, etc in bathroom. As Platinum Expedia customer we got a free bottle of wine and there were a couple of nice biscuits with glasses of sherry awaiting our arrival in room. Sweets left on bed too. Breakfast in hotel next morning also excellent - a starter selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and carrot cake followed by made to order cooked breakfast of your choice. Would have happily stayed longer."

"Bedroom very clean, little on the small side but had everything we needed. Toiletries in abundance. Breakfast plentiful. Location on the main square was ideal."

"Room was big enough for what needed it for. It was really central and couldn’t be closer to the square if we tried. Really nice place architecture wise. I’d definitely go back. Only thing that drops a star is the shower curtain as awful, it was broken so it wouldn’t stay in holder and as soon as you increased the pressure it just went everywhere. So you had to hold it with one hand while showering. The staff were really nice and really helpful too. As I say, I’d definitely go back. "

"Room clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. Hire located close to public transport. Lifts were „playing up” a bit but it’s three of them so no „biggy”. Gym adequately equipped (but, let’s face it- just to cover basics - if you’re crossfitter - it will not meet your needs 😄), staff friendly. "

"Amazing! Hotel as good as new. Staffed 100% by locals. Booked for one night as my flight arrived in late. Walked safely. Room has dead lock on, which was good. Bed was huge. Comfy and linen so fresh. Towels decent but sound environmentally as quick drying. Breakfast was great and superb coffee machine. First time using waffle machine which was the stand out feature I think. Overall, brilliant stay. Perfect for my needs before hitting Wyndham Grand in Krakow Old town."
