"We stayed here in early June and it was wonderful, so much so we’ve booked another trip in September. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice and well maintained, although we spent a lot of time on the adult only roof top terrace and the sandy cove around the corner where there is a lovely beach bar with fab food at great prices. "very spacious rooms. excellent pillows and loved the shower. not much area that provide shade and propeller umbrellas would not be my first choice. lots of options for upgrades and really enjoyed my stay in a swim up room. was a bit noisy at times as the road and unloading zone was ride across but that’s nothing one can change. staff had lots to clean after sahara dust rain so compliment to their hard work."

"The vip areas at the pool did not really work. Nice idea, but poor execution (the promised service was not existing, in four hours no service showed up). The breakfast choice was large, the food quality average. The staff at the pool bar was great. The hotel bar at the reception level was disappointing and the service poor due to understaffing. The staff at the reception and the service was very good. Our room was very nice, we had a suite, no complaints except for the lack of toilet paper...

"Our holiday was great. The sea view room was fantastic. A very swimmable beach is right at the doorstep. The meals were super tasty and the staff was extremely friendly. The staff took complaints about unruly guests serious and addressed it quickly and without much fuss or noise. I would always recommend the hotel to people who rather have a nice holiday in Palmanova than party time in Magaluf. "
