I couldn’t tell if it was going too hot or cold because it was just spined. There was nowhere to place the blow dryer. It was on the floor. There was no extra toilet paper. The sheets had holes. "We were very disappointed. We booked specifically for the pool and it was not open due to maintenance and there was no alternate plans in place for the use of another pool Also we needed to change suites due to lack of cleanliness. The staff was accommodating with the change"

"The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. However, the carpet didn't feel very clean. The balcony was a nice touch to the room, however it just felt so old. The bathroom didn't look clean upon arrival. However there was more than enough face cloths and towels for the 3 of us that occupied the room."
