"The space was nice and everything but the bed needs a new mattress. It has a pillow topper but the mattress dips so that the sides are higher and you lean towards the center. If you don't have to share the bed, then no problem. I admit, I sleep near the edge of the bed and I'm a side sleeper. Other than this, everything else is great. I would suggest to the owner to remove the AC in the bedroom because the one in the living room is sufficient for the whole space and there's a ceiling fan...

Walked in and saw Hershey's kisses on all the beds (2 of them if it was a double bed) and in the kitchen was a basket full of Cracker Jack snacks and Peanuts (to keep on with the baseball theme for the house).
