"This adorable home had absolutely everything you can dream of. It was incredibly clean and well appointed down to Keurig pods with little International delight creamer packets. It’s very private with big trees all around. You really feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but not far from town. We had some of the best dinners only a short 3 mile drive from the house. "Best way to describe this cozy little place. We've stayed before & will book, again, next time we travel to Clayton. In fact, we won't travel to Clayton unless we can stay here. It's completely charming, close to the Boat Museum, an easy walk to the central shopping/eating area, and a long stone's throw to The River. Communication with the landlady is easy & thorough. Parking is a breeze. All photos posted are accurate & true. It's a charmer!"

"Everything about the cottage and dock were as described. The views were great, quiet, relaxing. The wineries were very good, and the fishing off of the dock was great, we caught perch, catfish, large and small mouth bass. Location was perfect right between downtown Clayton and Alex bay. Susan and Ben responded quickly if we had a question. I would recommend this cottage."

"We booked this house for our guys annual fishing trip and we all had a great time. The location of the house to the boat ramp, bars and restaurants was perfect and the ability to dock the boats at the house was really convenient. The owner of the house was super thoughtful and welcomed our group with a "welcome basket" of goodies to start our trip right. Very clean, comfy and plenty of amenities. We'll definitely be back! "We had the luxury of being the 1st people into the house following the kitchen and bathroom renovations. They did an excellent work on the renovations. We enjoyed watching the ships pass-by read books by the fire and cook in the new kitchen. Kids enjoyed playing on the hill and the beach, even with the River temp near freezing."

"This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The property management communication was excellent. Thank you Toby."

"The house was very adequate. Beautiful sunrises! Real nice view of the harbor and beyond. The only negative was the outside trash can was full when we got there. And the water had a bad smell."

"I personally enjoyef my stay the only downside is bunkhouse didnt have a ceiling fan. No airconditioners but the set up is nice. The water was a bit to choppy for swimming but was beautiful to see in the morning and evenings. There is ample parking and enough yard for my littles to play safely from the road. The owner was pleasant and called to check on us to make sure we settled in good. I would stay here again thankyou!"
