"This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s. "

"I like the apartments and location however too many student groups banging doors and having loud conversations at all times of the night. I couldn’t rest properly."

"New hotel, so needs some improvement. Elevator not working properly at times. Garage door did not open when leaving the parking. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner in the room did not work. One night had to sleep without aircon at 28C. Personnel very friendly and helpful at all times. "

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. "We are just back from Alannia Salou. We were travelling with two kids. Both extremely happy, mainly because of the pool facilities in Alannia. Overall, we’re very satisfied. The properties were very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Great range of foods representing lots of different cuisines, so basically everyone could find something for themselves. What we really liked was the staff taking great care of cleanliness. Our room was cleaned daily, including change of towels. The animators were extremely talented so gave us a great time in the evenings. Overall, very happy. Thank you Alannia! "
