Great hotel for families

This was a really lovely hotel, cleanliness was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast and the dinner choice was, on the whole, very good also - some evenings better than others. It is a great choice for families with plenty of facilities and clubs to keep the children busy .

Absolutely recommend to anyone.

The hotel was beautiful and generally well maintained. The rooms are fantastic, modern clean enough and the beds are comfortable. Only issue we had was a lot of dust above the led lighting board things in the wall and the shower silicon could have done with replacing. But the hotel resolved it instantly, we returned to a room that was absolutely immaculate (yes I’m probably being too fussy but in a clean freak)

This hotel is excellent.only issue i had was towels on sunbeds early in mornings ,reception and restaurant staff were very friendly .i got a room upgrade and it was very large .back bar was very quite for a drink with family.food is best i had in salou over all the times i have been going there.it is definately worth the money you pay to stay here.

Great hotel but very busy. Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ideal with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Staff hard working especially at dinner times. Prices not too bad in the hotel for drinks. One issue was residents claiming the sun beds early every morning. No monitoring of this issue. Some beds left for hours on end.

Very nice property with 10 minutes access to shopping area, restaurants and beach. The buffet was lavish with amazing pools on offer. Spa is paid if required and have live entertainment in the evening. Staff were very kind especially Kim from reception and ne gentleman who manages buffet restaurant. Hotel needs to work on sound proofing rooms better.

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff, would reccomend.

Lovely hotel, very clean, the food and staff were brilliant! The entertainment staff kept the kids and us entertained all week and Christina was a standout entertainer running events and getting people hyped up getting their certificates.

Nice hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful from moment we arrived,the hotel is very clean ,rooms are little small ,but can fit 3 ,would deffo go back to this hotel,also drink was priced ok,a lot of activities,only issue i had was people putting towels on pool chairs .food was top class,probably the best i had in salou ,and i have been visiting for 18 years.overall 10 from 10 .

Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Only booked for breakfast included so can’t comment on other meals but the food was good and convenient but still the typical breakfast buffet. Has a good range of facilities and is in a good area as it is close to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants.

The property was a good choice for Salou, staff were helpful and friendly, spa pool hydrotherapy pool was good. Food selection was varied every day and drinks always of good quality including premium brands. Rooms functional and clean but need an upgrade. Location of the hotel great for walking to shops and beach. Portaventura around 10 euros each way in a taxi. Me and my daughter had a good time and would return back to this hotel when we visit the theme park again

Very nice property most of the staff where lovely reception staff where great very nice and very helpful. Staff in the Buffett area where great and very well ran the manager was very friendly, cleaners where nice we had limited contact with them, bar staff and staff in the lunch type area where ok but not as good as the reception staff or Buffett staff where not as friendly or as helpful. The gym area is ok very very limited could be better. Rooms are nice shower is very good we had an issue with the bed very noisy but staff sorted that very quickly. Entertainment was ok nothing to right home about. Location is decent if your ok walking it’s a short walk to the main strip about 15 mins from the beach it’s ok if your fit to walk. The weather was hotter then normal I think so bare that in mind. There’s a shop a short walk around the corner. Buffett food was very nice. The bed was small for two adults bare that in mind when booking. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone I would stay here again. For me only thing I’d like is a better gym and better air con in the gym, if I stayed again o would upgrade my room to get a bigger bed. We also used the spa that was decent there’s an extra charge of €10 for 75mins but was worth it.

Reception staff were always helpful and pleasant. rooms are nice and modern, We had a triple room. Great shower, we asked for extra blankets and received duvets, very happy. love that you can connect to Netflix Disney Spotify on the tv. Room came with kettle and you can ask reception to access ironing room. Great easy setup, I ironed a bunch of things while my family enjoyed the indoor pool. Pools were not too cold, the indoor pool was our favourite. Indoor jacuzzi is great for families, many times it was empty. The spa is completely separate, we didn't use it as the indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for us. There were always loungers free, the sun moves around the hotel, which forces people to move. The different pool areas make it feel quieter than it is. Love the water refill stations, 2 outside and at the bars. Food: we had breakfast only, enjoyable, no hot chocolate but usual tea coffee and herbal teas. daily beans omelette, sausages bacon, bread changes simetimes they had burgers churros, pancakes. yoghurt flavour changes daily, nice toppings for cereal and muesli. Gluten free options readily available. lots of variety. Good pool menu. Nice cocktails. Tried the chicken wings, nice. Best ceasar salad I have EVER had! chips really nice, but pizza was a bit doughy. great location to strip bars shops and beach

We stayed in April 2024, getting two rooms for a family of five. Found the hotel to be very clean, with staff on reception and cleaners very pleasant. We booked breakfast too, which was fine for the price. A good selection, a bit of variety too. The only real negative from the stay was the staff in the dining room, we were met abruptly on more than one occasion and felt singled out as no one else was asked for room numbers or booking slips but we were almost every day. They cleared plates almost as you were still eating the last bite too, so everything felt so rushed. Which was unnecessary and it was never full. But, that said... Would we return? Yes. Kids loved the pools and the entertainment staff were excellent. Food in the cafe during the day was pretty poor, but we found good food in general hard to come back in Salou.

the location is great, staff are friendly, I have half board, the buffet are very nice, plenty food and fruit. in the room they don't have hair conditioner, body lotion and hand wash liquid.

Lots of activities and very clean!

Very good overall. Nice pools, lot’s of activities for the kids. We stayed at the family building. Very good room conditions and cleaning was spotless! 10 minutes walking to the beach.
