"This is a very, very well-located hotel with a great rooftop bar (and no need to imbibe). It has a fabulous view of the city. The hotel is contemporary in design, but not as well thought out as it could be. There was no work surface in the room that made it easy to use a laptop. There is no shelf in the shower to hold anything. No in-room coffee pot. The "eye" for design conflicts with usability. More easily correctable is its little-less-than-acceptable housekeeping. The management needs to spend a tad amount of time supervising its staff. The same situation exists at the front desk. The hotel's management is just a little short of what it would take to make it great."
